Partner:
Any individual, LLP, company, proprietorship, trust, or entity onboarding sports facilities on Plaready.
By registering, listing courts, signing digitally, clicking “I Agree,” or using the Plaready platform, the Partner confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and agrees to be legally bound under applicable laws of India including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Partner confirms all venue details, court information, amenities, pricing, photos, and operational timings submitted on the platform are accurate, genuine, and kept updated at all times.
Plaready reserves the right to display, market, promote, modify presentation formats, and advertise venue listings, slot availability, pricing, and related content across the platform and partner channels.
Partner agrees to:
Partner understands and accepts that Plaready may charge platform commission/service fees on successful bookings as agreed during onboarding or future commercial agreements.
All cancellations, refunds, customer disputes, no-show handling, and booking conflicts shall be governed by Plaready platform policies and operational decisions.
Plaready reserves the right to suspend, disable, hide, or permanently terminate partner listings/accounts in cases including but not limited to:

Plaready acts as a technology platform connecting players and venue partners and shall not be liable for indirect losses, injuries, disputes, operational failures, or damages arising from venue operations.
Plaready may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts where the company is registered.
